Fire Cider With Manuka Honey
Fire cider is one of the best and quick immune booster beverages. It is made sweeter by adding Manuka honey which is healthy and fresh and has less sugar content than regular sugar.
First, add all veggies and fruits to a mason jar along with spice and herbs.
Cover everything properly with Apple cider vinegar .Put a piece of parchment paper between the jar and lid to prevent a corrosive reaction with vinegar. Once everything is set, seal the jar and store it in a cool dark place or a refrigerator for a few weeks.
For a few seconds, shake the content daily for 3 to 6 weeks. Using a cheesecloth or fine mesh sleeve, strain the content and discard the solids.
To make it sweeter, add extra Manuka honey and store it in a sealed container for up to a month.
Take one shot daily to improve your immunity and gut health.
